SWITCH LIMITED WARRANTY FOR LED LIGHT BULBS
SWITCH LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY: For residential applications, Switch warrants that the following products (“Product”) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the Product.

SWITCH LIMITED WARRANTY: For commercial and industrial applications, Switch warrants to the original purchaser that the SWITCH original line of products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
For commercial and industrial applications, Switch warrants to the original purchaser that INFINIA line of products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
The Product must be used properly as set forth in the Cautions and Instructions found below. See our website for complete warranty requirements.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty and Limited Warranty (collectively “Warranty”) is given only to the original purchaser and may not be assigned or transferred. The Warranty is not applicable to Products that have been misused, abused, modified, or accidentally broken. The Product must be used properly as set forth in the Cautions and Instructions found on or with the Product packaging and on our website. The Warranty is only applicable to Products purchased directly from Switch or from an authorized dealer in the United States or Canada on or after the effective date given below.
Switch will replace any Product meeting the requirements of the Warranty with a light bulb of comparable function and performance. The replacement light bulb will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. In order to make a warranty claim, you must notify us in writing within sixty (60) days after you discover the defect, provide original proof of purchase, ship the defective Product to us, and comply with our other warranty requirements maintained on our website.
THE WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SWITCH’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL IN ANY EVENT BE LIMITED TO THE MONIES PAID TO US FOR THAT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS THAT MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Switch reserves the right to modify the Warranty from time to time, which will be effective when posted on our website. Any modification of the Warranty shall only apply to Products sold on or after the effective date.
All disputes in connection with the Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. The Warranty shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.
The courts located in the State of California, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes related to the Warranty. If any provision of the Warranty is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions.

Warranty Claim Requirements
Steps to process your Warranty Claim:
- Please contact Switch at 888.978.4110 between 9:00 am EST and 5:30 pm EST Monday thru Friday to make arrangements for your Warranty Claim. You will then be provided a Warranty Claim Number which is located on your Warranty Claim Order Verification form.
- Before returning any Product(s) please make sure that you have the following:
a. Fill out the Warranty Submission Form completely and submit it.
b. Received a Warranty Claim Order Verification form from Switch, which includes the Warranty Claim Number.
c. Follow instructions on how and where to send the product(s) back for review.
d. Enclose the product(s), original packaging if available, and Warranty Claim Order Verification form in secure packaging; ensure the package is sealed completely.
- Following these steps will help ensure the product(s) arrive at the correct destination and in good condition within 30 days of the Warranty Claim being issued. Please note that your failure to follow this procedure may result in the returned Product(s) being rejected upon receipt and you may forfeit your right to a replacement.
If you think you have a defective lighting product, please return it to the retailer where it was purchased, they can provide you with an immediate solution.
